As a dedicated Senior Account Manager, I excelled in guiding client projects from inception to successful delivery, overseeing various aspects such as administration, scoping, briefing, scheduling, client meetings and reporting. Part of my role was to successfully build relationships with external suppliers within production (printing and film) as well as website development. Collaborating seamlessly with the team, my role was to ensure projects were completed within stipulated timelines and budgets while upholding high-quality standards. Serving as each of my client’s brand guardian, I meticulously ensured adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.

I was part of the client services team servicing several key clients including the Federal Government working across key campaigns for the Department of Health – COVID-19 campaigns and leading the Healthy Pregnancy campaign. I have been involved in multiple tenders and have facilitated new business meetings by following up in-bound leads. This role is heavily focused on Below the Line strategies.

Continuing my career in a role within the client services team I looked after key clients such as Brisbane City Council, City of Gold Coast Council, Stadiums Queensland, Churchie, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service Brisbane (ATSHICHS). During my time at JSACreative, I created a well-organised system to appropriately handle the high volume of work. By increasing visibility to key long-standing clients, I built good working relationships which allowed me to generate future projects regularly. My excellent communication with the internal teams ensured work progressed to completion despite tight deadlines. I managed the team I worked with by delegating in an appropriate manner both up and down. During my time in the role, I took on the additional role of in-house producer for multiple shoots upskilling in an area I previously had limited experience in – including talent management, location scouting, supplier management, and on-shoot coordination.

As part of the client services team, I worked across multiple clients including Tabcorp, QSuper, CUA, Queensland Government and Stadiums Queensland. I consistently balanced on-going client work with tender and pitch work. My duties included being the first point of call for many client contacts and coordinating with internal departments to assist in overseeing creative development of work from an end-to-end perspective. During this experience I built strong foundations in my project management skills as well as demonstrating an ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.

I helped create content for social media channels making frequent use of Instagram advertising, Facebook Business Manager & LinkedIn. As part of my social media role, I made use of software including Hootsuite and Tailwind. I assisted in the development of marketing strategies and their execution in terms of campaigns, management and reporting; taking on the extra responsibility of documentation for both internal and external communications. My duties also included compiling and reporting on analytics for clients and internal accounts, generating new leads for business development and account management for influencers under the@LIST portfolio.

I worked across the marketing and sales department as an account management and digital marketer. As a digital marketer I handled social media scheduling, events management and documentation for both internal and external communications. I also created unique content using my extensive knowledge of how language can be used for conversion, publishing across a range of channels. Utilising my basic skills in HTML and CSS, I created content such as newsletters using software applications including MailChimp, Drip and Typeform. In my time as an account manager I communicated extensively with both developers and UX designers, learning how to take a potential client and turn them into an advocator of the company.
